Who

Jacobus Malan, known by his friends as ‘Jack’ is a personal performance facilitator, transformational coach and trainer. He is also actively involved in property development, construction and project management.
After completing a BSc Degree in Construction Management, when traveling and working overseas he got more deeply involved in the world of personal development, of which he always found an interest. After immersing himself, studying human behavior and applying what he was learning, he got to associate with some of the top personalities in the personal development field. Subsequently he was organizing and running events internationally.
He is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, a Certified Master Hypnotherapist and Time Line Therapist. He is also a trained facilitator of the DeMartini Method. He served as part of the Anthony Robbins Senior Leadership Team after attending the Anthony Robbins Leadership Academy. As a speaker and trainer Jacobus has worked in countries like Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Jacobus believes in the potential in all of us, that we just need to recognize it and unlock the true capacities that we all hold. His goal is to show others this in themselves in order to live the fulfilling lives they choose to have.

Telana Simpson

Telana completed a BSc(hons) in Psychology degree at WITS University. She spent some time working and traveling overseas before joining bidorbuy.com to set up their training and operations in South Africa and worldwide. In 2002, she worked as a Coach for Nandos, after which she helped expand Omega Cycling while studying coaching further. Upon graduating as an Associate Certified Meta-Coach, she started her own coaching practice, Inner Coaching, in 2004.
Telana’s own challenges with communicating led her to specialize in this skill, and develop training and coaching programmes to help individuals develop their ability to express themselves, and their potentials. She has been involved in founding COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) and MCF (Meta Coach Foundation) to help develop the coaching industry in South Africa.
She is fascinated by the evolution of enlightenment and consciousness and our ability to create in the world. And thus she focuses her time on relating, leadership and entrepreneurship projects and studies.
She has been the keynote speaker at events and conferences, and appeared on radio and television, and been interviewed for many magazines and newspapers. She was a finalist in the 2011 Feather Awards for the “Business Icon & Entrepreneur” category.

Besides coaching and training, Telana is carrying out a trading project where she is trading a matchstick up into an office using the power of networking and the internet (see onematchstick.co.za) and she sits on the board as the Chair of YBSA (Young Business for South Africa) to develop young entrepreneurs and leaders. She is also the Anchor Host of the online TV Show, “Let’s Talk Possibility”.

Chris Dykes

Christopher Dykes is the founder and director of Infinity Learning, a business specialising in Enterprise Development, Socio-Economic Development and B-BBEE consulting. The business aims to assist children from underprivileged areas with learning skills and runs a series of entrepreneurial development programmes that focus on practical skills and results. Where necessary, Chris assists businesses with their B-BBEE strategies in order to ensure that not only are maximum points being earned, but that sustainability is emphasised. Chris is also part of an international team that consults to an oil drilling company in the field of safety.
In his personal capacity, Chris has set up a small section 21 company that administers 27 educational bursaries, and has established a reading and literacy project called the ‘Bookshelf Project’.
The vision of The Bookshelf Project is to facilitate a love of reading, to make a resource available to children that would otherwise have a very limited access to books. The project collects books from schools and individuals, builds bookshelves and installs finished bookshelves within community centres. To date approximately R175, 000 books have been collected and distributed.
Chris holds an MBA from the Wits Business School and he is passionate about reducing the number of plastic shopping bags that are consumed on a daily basis.
